About Me
Welcome to my website. Thank you for taking your time to consider me for your water needs!
With over two decades of maritime experience, I've cultivated both a passion and expertise in boating across diverse waterways. My journey began on lakes, where I developed proficiency with various vessels including speedboats, pontoons, fishing boats, sailboats, and personal watercraft. This foundation expanded to include sailing experience in California's Pacific waters.
My professional maritime career launched with American Cruise Lines, where I served as a deckhand. The mentorship of several Captains and Mates, who recognized my natural affinity for maritime operations, inspired my pursuit of advanced certifications. Through the Mariner Learning System, I earned my Masters 100 Tons license and completed the STCW certification, positioning myself for leadership roles on other vessels.
Most recently, I served as Operator/Captain aboard a 65' Outer Reef Motor Yacht, successfully navigating The Great Loop with additional passages to Chicago, Sault Ste. Marie, and Washington DC. I also managed the vessel's transit from Grand Haven, Michigan to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, demonstrating my capability to handle extended voyages and complex navigation requirements.
My comprehensive experience spans inland waters, coastal navigation, and vessel operations. What sets me apart is not just my technical qualifications, but my genuine enthusiasm for maritime work. I've successfully transformed my lifelong passion for boating into a rewarding career, and I'm now seeking new opportunities to further advance in the marine industry.
